Short version: Some links on Lens Mount Check are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Which links are affiliate links
Many camera, lens, and adapter pages include buttons such as “Buy on eBay” or links to accessories (batteries, memory cards, filters, and mount adapters). These links go to third-party retailers and marketplaces. Some of these links are, or may become, affiliate links. This means the retailer or an affiliate network, such as the eBay Partner Network, may pay us a commission if you click through and complete a qualifying purchase.
These are advertisements and financial relationships. We want you to know about them so you can decide how much weight to give our links.
What it costs you
Nothing. The price you pay is the same whether or not you use our links. Commissions are paid by the retailer, not by you.
How this affects our content
The compatibility information on this site (mount types, flange distance, adapter availability, autofocus support) is based on manufacturer specifications and calculated by the same rules for every product. A product’s page is never ranked or rated higher because of commission rates. Where a retailer link appears, it is there as a convenience for finding the product, not as a recommendation to buy it.
Prices and availability
We do not control third-party listings. Prices, condition, seller, shipping, and availability are set by the retailer or seller and can change at any time. Please check the details on the retailer’s site before you buy, especially for used and older equipment.
Other programs
We may join additional affiliate programs, advertising networks, or link-monetization services over time. When we do, this page will be updated, and links affected by those programs will remain covered by this disclosure.
