The EOS-1Ds Mark II offered a 16.7-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with DIGIC II processing at 4 fps, and became a studio and fashion workhorse. The full-frame sensor has no crop factor, so lenses keep their marked focal lengths. It uses the EF mount with full electronic contacts; EF-S lenses are not compatible.
